The LIVINFIT© PROGRAM is designed for all adult populations. It offers a wide variety of practical physical activity for everyone including those who have been sedentary.
4WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Proper fitness attire should include comfortable, breathable clothing. Avoid tight clothing or heavy belts around your waist. Clothing made of a synthetic material such as nylon or polypropylene is good for exercising. Cotton is typically the most common workout material because it is reasonably priced, breathable, and comfortable. However, it tends to hold moisture and becomes quite heavy if you sweat. Shoes should be comfortable and have a nonskid surface that provide traction and cushioning.

No matter what stage of physical activity or inactivity you are in, the LIVINFIT© Program can provide you with fitness strategies to GET FIT and STAY FIT!
