LIVINFIT© GROUP INSTRUCTOR TRAINING

The GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR TRAINING is another program offered by LIVINFIT© that teach beginners and current instructors an energetic and dynamic mixture of overall fitness, wellness, coordination, creativity, choreography and entertainment. These elements are critical to creating and sustaining an engaging fitness experience for participants. Being focused on the health and safety of fitness participants is always top priority.

INTRODUCTION This proposal outlines a strategy designed to train and equip new or existing group fitness instructors or facilitators. This training provides effective and entertaining instruction creating an engaging environment maximizing the fitness experience for participants. This training is separate and distinct from any prerequisite Personal, Group Fitness or Wellness certifications required by the City of Chattanooga Parks And Outdoors or Community Development Departments. Those successfully completing this program will learn the aesthetics of group fitness facilitation. That in essence means developing a skill set that includes...
