THE LAUNCH OF THE LIVINFIT©EVIDENCE BASED PROGRAM
The initial launch of the LIVINFIT© evidence based program of fitness and wellness began on January 30th. The City of Chattanooga's Parks and Outdoors Department Greenway Conference Center in Hixson hosted this unique presentation of healthy living. This 10 week fitness and wellness event ended on April 10th. It was a RESOUNDING SUCCESS! However, LIVINFIT© teaches the journey of fitness and wellness lifestyle begins after completing the program. This page is dedicated to our recent graduates and their testimonials on how they have benefited from LIVINFIT©.
LIVINFIT© teaches the absolute importance of increasing flexibility thru stretching of various muscle groups. This involves upper and lower body movements and positions. It is a resource that aids in improving the participant's cardio/respiratory, muscular strength, endurance and improve balance/stability. It's also an excellent fitness and wellness plan providing fitness options for individuals with various physical limitations and medical conditions. Stay tuned for next presentation of LIVINFIT©.
